Fiber Art for A Cause

 It's always good to support your local quilt charity. Or in this case an online quilt charity, Fiber Art for a Cause. Virginia Spiegel has long been a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society. And I'm happy to help her out during her Fiber Art for a Cause fundraiser February 12 and 13. ( Read her post about my donation to the cause here.)

Not only can you help her raise money by bidding on the quilt above (along with art by 10 other artists), but you may the the lucky winner of a prize package totaling $1,500! The prizes include my DVD and pattern, Leaves in a Whirl. The best thing about supporting Virginia's efforts is that we are all winners.

I love that you put random acts of fusing on the back of that one.

Beautiful pieces and wonderful cause to help with. I am hoping to do more art quilting this year and maybe be able to help out by donating them.
